New Hampshire

Grocery Stores

Double Up New Hampshire is managed by Fair Food Network with support from local partners including Associated Grocers of New England (AGNE), a retailer-owned cooperative grocery wholesaler based in New Hampshire; The Hanover Coops, whose three coops offer Double Up; and UNH Cooperative Extension in conjunction with the NH Food Bank, whose network of educators lead community outreach for the program using educational activities and in-store events. Double Up New Hampshire is active in fourteen independently-owned rural grocery stores throughout the state, thanks to a 2018 FINI award. As a direct result of Double Up, participating grocery stores are increasing their supply of produce grown in New Hampshire and greater New England. Support for Double Up New Hampshire is provided by a coalition of local funders including New Hampshire Children’s Health Foundation, the Samuel P. Pardoe Foundation, NH Charitable Foundation, Harvard Pilgrim Health Foundation, Jane’s Trust and “You Have Our Trust” Fund of the NH Charitable Foundation.
