Seeds-diagonal

What we value

Our values shape how we work, partner, and lead. Rooted in dignity, collaboration, common ground, and listening, they guide every decision we make and every relationship we build at Fair Food Network.

We see how food can unite us, establish a space for shared purpose, and serve as a starting point for creating a more fair and resilient future. We seek to build trust with each other and our partners, grounded in a shared desire to grow community health and wealth through food. As we do so, we commit to celebrating our wins, learning together, and cultivating joy in our work.

Benefits to count on

We offer competitive, people-centered benefits that support employee well-being, flexibility, professional growth and work-life balance—helping employees thrive while advancing meaningful, mission-driven work together

"This is one of the best places that I have had the pleasure of working with. They value their staff as much as the communities that they serve, and prioritize the culture of the organization. I’ve appreciated the opportunity to work with an organization that puts people first!"
