RJ Archambo

As the Investment Manager at Michigan Good Food Fund, Raymond (RJ) Archambo is responsible for coordinating with investors, structuring investment deals, conducting due diligence, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. RJ works closely with clients and investors to facilitate successful investments that meet Michigan Good Food Fund’s mission and performance targets.

RJ has 9 years of experience in fundraising, working with venture investors and early-stage startups focused on highly regulated industries and helping underrepresented founders access capital. He was most recently the managing director of a small private investment firm where he oversaw fundraising and capital deployment into multiple startups and managed day-to-day operations of portfolio companies in Northern Michigan to create local manufacturing job opportunities producing functional food and beverage products.

RJ holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Northwood University, majoring in Management and Automotive Marketing with a minor in Economics. He was born and raised in Cheboygan, Michigan, where he currently resides with his Wife and Dog spending their time “on the lake”, with family, or traveling.
