Senior Program Manager at the Nutrition Incentive Hub

As Senior Manager of Nutrition Incentive Technical Assistance at the Nutrition Incentive Hub, Rachel works alongside Fair Food Network’s partners to co-create inclusive, timely, and creative resources for nutrition incentive practitioners. Rachel also oversees the Technical Assistance and Innovation subcommittees of the Nutrition Incentive Hub.

Rachel’s food systems journey began in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, where they dreamed of living the life of one of her neighbor’s goats. While that dream never came true, Rachel got their start in Philadelphia, where they led agricultural gleaning programs for regional food banks and mobile market programs for the city’s seniors. Most recently, Rachel dug into food systems planning at the Mayor’s Office of Food Access at the City of Boston, leading the city’s implementation of the Healthy Incentives Program (HIP). Rachel holds an MS in Nutrition and an MA in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University. Rachel is an aspiring marathon runner and roller skate dancer.
