As Executive Director, Kiff leads Huron Waterloo Pathways Initiative (HWPI)’s work to facilitate construction of non-motorized recreational pathways throughout Washtenaw County and into surrounding counties. Kiff oversees organizational development efforts, including major donor cultivation, grants management, fundraising events, and community-level donor outreach, as well as community and volunteer engagement, such as trail programs, volunteer events, and community-wide activities.  In addition to his extensive nonprofit experience, Kiff has a background in politics and law and is a former intern at Fair Food Network. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from Yale University, a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Michigan Ford School of Public Policy, and a JD from the University of Michigan Law School. Kiff lives in Ann Arbor with his wife and son.
