Erin Elly

Business Resource Navigator
Michigan Good Food Fund

As a business resource navigator, Erin works closely with food entrepreneurs to understand their challenges and goals as part of the needs assessment process. She collaborates with internal and external partners to identify the pre- and post-investment resources needed along the entrepreneurial support continuum to ensure they are well-prepared for loan approval and long-term success.

Erin brings five years of experience providing resources and consultations to early-stage entrepreneurs, most recently as Entrepreneurship Center Manager at Washtenaw Community College. While there, she developed partnerships with mutual resource providers to best meet the needs of small businesses.

Erin holds a master’s degree in social work from the University of Michigan with a focus on community organizing and social systems. She enjoys collaborating with a team, making connections, and serving the community. Her passions include accessible green space, spending time outdoors with her dog, traveling, and cooking.
