As Finance Director, Cassandra oversees Fair Food Network’s finance, business planning, and budgeting functional areas, managing all aspects of the organization’s finances and complex grant commitments.
Cassandra brings more than 20 years of financial, operational, and corporate development experience driving growth and profit-enhancing strategies. Prior to joining Fair Food Network, Cassandra was the Business Operations Director for Clean Energy Coalition, where she provided financial, administrative, and operations management to its busy, project-based work environment. Cassandra began her career in corporate banking and has since held financial positions across media, technology, investment banking, and nonprofit industries.
Cassandra holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University. She is an advocate for the positive impact of youth sports, coaching and serving on boards of local sports organizations. She loves spending time at ballfields across the Midwest cheering on her son, and summers at her family lake cottage where she can indulge in her love of sailing and cannonballs.
