Cassandra Fletcher-Martin

Vice President of Finance

As Vice President of Finance, Cassandra oversees the long-term health and financial sustainability of the organization while ensuring a high level of commitment to integrity and compliance in our grant reporting and finance functions.  As part of this work, Cassandra helps shape program and fundraising efforts across nutrition incentives and impact investing.

Cassandra brings more than two decades of financial, operational, and corporate development experience driving growth and profit-enhancing strategies across food service, media, technology, and corporate and investment banking industries. She has spent the last ten years in the non-profit sector where her passion for climate change and food justice work intersects with her love of finance.

Cassandra is an advocate for the positive impact of youth sports. In addition to coaching and serving on boards of local sports organizations, she loves spending time at ballfields across the Midwest cheering on her son. Cassandra also enjoys summers at her family lake cottage where she can indulge in her love of sailing and cannonballs.
