Soldadera is a family owned and operated beverage company that specializes in cold brew coffee inspired by “café de olla” (stove-top coffee), which traces its origins to the 1900s during the Mexican Revolution. Made with pilonsillo (sugar cane), cloves, cinnamon, anise, water, and Central American coffee beans, all of the ingredients are organic and without preservatives.
