Owner Belinda Beard turned her mother’s legendary egg rolls into Egg Roll Diva, a catering business and one of metro Detroit’s most well-known food trucks.

After participating in Michigan Good Food Fund’s Food Finance Essential Course, we provided Egg Roll Diva with a line of credit to alleviate high-interest debt, helping the business focus on immediate needs and growth opportunities. Our team also provided working capital to help the company secure 15 vendor spots at various festivals throughout 2023.
