As Participant Experience Manager, Tatum helps manage the growing Double Up Food Bucks Michigan Ambassador program, provides support to program participants, connects Ambassadors with outreach opportunities in their communities and keeps participants throughout Michigan actively engaged in the program.

Prior to joining Fair Food Network, Tatum worked as a Program Director for the Boys & Girls Club in Chicago. In this role, Tatum helped expand club memberships, write grants, and assist the department in meeting fundraising goals. She has a passion for serving people and communities wherever she lives.

Tatum is originally from Phoenix, Arizona and attended Iowa State University (Go Clones!) She lived in Chicago for four years before relocating to Detroit with her family, including her 6-month-old baby boy and two dogs.
