Liz supports the implementation and expansion of Double Up Food Bucks at grocery stores in New Hampshire and throughout the Northeast.
Liz first joined the Fair Food Network team in 2012 as book tour coordinator for Oran Hesterman’s Fair Food: Growing a Healthy, Sustainable Food System for All.
In 2014, Liz was named Forbes‘ 30 Under 30 following the launch of her food venture, The Gefilteria. She has since had her own book published, The Gefilte Manifesto: New Recipes for Old World Jewish Foods. Liz has an MBA from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business.
