Double Up Food Bucks
Lindsay brings a love of research and storytelling to her work at Fair Food Network. As part of the Double Up Food Bucks team, she provides overall program support and coordinates data and analysis to better understand, measure, and communicate the impact and results of Fair Food Network’s healthy food incentive program in Michigan and as the model grows nationwide.
Lindsay got her start in food systems working at an educational farm in France. Prior to joining Fair Food Network, she worked with the Michigan Farmers Market Association researching barriers to SNAP acceptance at farmers markets. She also served as a consultant with the 5 Healthy Towns Foundation helping a group of farmers markets establish plans for long-term sustainability.
Lindsay holds a bachelor’s degree in French from Albion College and has a master’s degree from Michigan State University. She is a self-taught seamstress who has worked on countless projects for family and friends. She enjoys all things outdoors including running, cycling, swimming, and gardening.
