Assistant to the President
Liza Baker brings experience from education, culinary arts, and office management. She has also worked as an instructor of Mandarin Chinese, cooking, and nutrition, ran her own catering business, and worked as an office administrator in a university setting as well as for several nonprofits.
Liza greases the wheels of FFN by managing the president’s calendar and travel arrangements, drafting correspondence and grant proposals, maintaining a database of contacts and assisting with preparing presentation materials. On the side, she blogs about food issues and healthy Chinese home cooking.
