We are one of the few meat CSAs in Northern Illinois. Members receive a mixture of beef, pork, chicken, and eggs. All products are naturally raised and are free of hormones, antibiotics, and animal by products. The animals are raised on pasture and treated well. Meat produced is distributed locally through the CSA and freezer meats.
